This is a wonderful little booklet debunking the traditional Friday crucifixion theory and supporting the truth that it really was "three days and three nights." Dr. Sadler was a dear friend to many of us in the minstry and provided this booklet free to any that desired it. I have tried to keep it exactly as it was originally printed in 1939. The only additions I have made is to put it in outline form to make it a bit easier to use as a series of lessons for Sunday School or services. I do believe Dr. Sadler would be pleased with making this available and trust also that it will be a blessing to all read it.
ANNOUNCING!
1) Book on Biblical Divorce and remarriage has been moved to the sermon page and the new title to the updated book is "Castaways." I realize that many, if not most, Baptists will disagree with my conclusions but there will be a few that have an open mind and be willing to see if my arguement holds water. I hope you are among those few and the book is a blessing and a challenge. By the way the book is free and postage paid to all pastors and victims of divorce. Our church is taking on reaching the divorced as a new mission field and this is one of the projects. We also plan a series of sermons on the subject in outlined form and also some tracts for churches who share in our burden.
OUR CHURCH-The Grace Baptist Church is located on Old Hwy 11 just outside the city of Beattyville here in the mountains of Eastern KY. Our Pastor is Bro. Richard D. Adams. He has been Pastor since 2001 and was Pastor of Lynams Creek Baptist Church for over 17 years before coming to Grace. The Grace Baptist Church was organized under the authority of the South Irvine Baptist Church and called Bro. Elgie Hornsby as their first missionary Pastor. Others that have pastored are Bro. Andy Sexton under whose ministry the work was organized, Bro. Tim Armold, Bro. Rick Catt, and Bro. Adrian Mckinney.
The GBC is also the home of the Grace Baptist Academy. Our administrator is Bro. Bill Jewell who is supported in this great ministry by his wife, Christine, and Alice Jewell. We usually average approximately 20 students from K-12. The school has been an integral part of the ministry of our church since its beginning.
The work began in a small rented building at the start, moved to a small single wide mobile home, bought property to build a new facility upon, and eventually moved into a new building. A new worship center has been built and is now in use. If you are in this neck of the woods, stop by and visit with us.

Some are strong KJV supporters, others may not be so strong; some will use grape juice, and some wine in the Lords Supper; some may be amil, while most seem to be pre-mill; some are pre-trib, some mid-trib, and some post-trib; some are a little hard and dogmatic and some are more gentle and open-minded.
